COVID-19 continues to have an impact on all of our lives and we find ourselves in a situation that none of us could ever have imagined. We hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe and we want to assure you that we are working hard to keep you and our team safe, while making your shopping experience with us continue to run as smoothly as possible.

The health and safety of our customers, employees and communities has always been and will continue to be our first priority, so as the situation continues to evolve, we are closely monitoring the changing Government guidelines and are following them accordingly. As a result, we have been making a number of changes to the way we operate. We’ll continue to update this page if and when the situation changes, but in the meantime, thank you for your continued support and we’re with you all the way.

Can I still order from your website?

Absolutely! We are able to complete and dispatch all orders as usual. Our people are either working from home or following social distancing guidance and extra hygiene practices in our workshops.

All of us here at CustomXC understand just how important your order is to you – it’s important to us too – and we’re proud of our entire team who are working their socks off to make sure you’re not disappointed.

When Will I Receive My Parcel?

Your order will still be completed within our industry leading 3-7 working days. However, please note that some orders may take a little longer to arrive than usual, due to the extra social distancing measures we’ve put in place to keep our colleagues and couriers safe.

I’m self-isolating, can I still receive my delivery?

Our delivery partners are now operating contact-free delivery so that you can still receive your parcels safely without requiring a signature.

Are products being made and delivered safely, with no risk?

There is no evidence at this current time to show that the Coronavirus can be spread via products.

Even so, we’re taking this situation incredibly seriously, and we’ve improved on the already high standards of hygiene within our workshops. We’re doing extra cleaning in areas where supplies enter our workshops, where your parcels are taken by couriers, and at all other areas where we have lots of contact with products. We’re also reducing or completely stopping cross-contamination by delivery drivers and suppliers.

Our Customer Service team continues to operate from home and you can contact them here. We will endeavour to respond as quickly as we can but you may experience a delay in our response time due to severely reduced staffing levels.
