Can I return an item?

You may return unworn / unused items within 14 days.

To return an item please contact us with your order information and we will provide details of what to do.

Please note bespoke and personalised orders can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect. For our full returns policy please refer to our terms & conditions

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

We take great pride in all of our items and are just as disappointed as you when anything isn't perfect. In the unlikely event that one of your items is damaged, defective or not what you ordered we will be happy to fix or replace the item as necessary.
