Orders placed after 14:00 on the 16th will be completed in the new year

What are the delivery options?

If you require your colours by a certain date just let us know and we will try our best!

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes it can - you will have the option to enter separate delivery and billing addresses during the checkout process.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign for your order a card will be left with instructions on what to do next. You will have the choice of arranging free re-delivery at a time to suit you, or collecting in person from your local delivery office.

Is my order ready yet?

To check on the progress of your order simply contact us with your order number. If your items are complete we will let you know the tracking details and if not we will let you know an estimated date of arrival.

Can my order be ready for a special event / competition?

Although we can't guarantee dates due to the unique nature of building custom colours, we always try our best to complete orders for when they are needed. To let us know simply contact us with your order number and the date the items are needed for and we will try our best!
