What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via credit or debit card, or PayPal. Cards we accept: MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Maestro / American Express.

How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an order confirmation by email within 15 minutes of completing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your email filters.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes it can - you will have the option to enter separate delivery and billing addresses during the checkout process.

How do I checkout?

When you're ready to buy the items in your shopping bag click 'Proceed to Checkout'. On the checkout page enter your delivery and billing information, and the email address where your confirmation email will be sent. Then, choose your payment method and enter the necessary information. Finally, review your details to make sure they are correct before clicking 'Confirm Order' or 'Pay Now' (depending on payment method).

Why does 'MediaGlow' appear on our bill / payment screen when using PayPal?

MediaGlow is our parent company and payment handler. It's still us - the same people in the same building - just PayPal only allows the name of the parent company!
