How do I choose the right size?

Full sizing information and advice is available by clicking on the 'size chart' link next to where it says 'Choose a Size'. There is also dedicated sizing page.

Can I just order a hat cover?

Yes you can! When you go to the XC Colours page there is an option on the left saying 'Hat Cover Only', or go to 'Item Type' and choose 'No Shirt (Hat Cover Only)'

What does it mean when my size/colour is unselectable ('greyed out')?

This means the size or colour in question is currently out of stock. We recommend you contact us to see when the colour or size will be back in stock. Sometimes it is very soon!

Other times we may be able to complete a one-off item for your order, or suggest alternatives that suit your time-scale.

Are CustomXC items designed to go under or over body protectors?

Our unisex and children's ranges leave this down to personal preference. They are designed to fit well enough for a body protector over the top but with enough room for a body protector underneath - it's up to you! If you are between sizes we recommend measuring around the chest (with or without body protector as you prefer) and then use the size guide to check the closest size to your measurement.

Our ladies fitted products are better suited with the body protector over the top only.

Can I have colours for my club/team/school?

CustomXC welcome group orders, and have a number of extra options for teams. We can use your logos, fonts and colours. We can also provide extra items and colours that are not on the site.

Can I use my club/team/school/sponsor logos?

Yes we are happy to use your logos part of your design. Simply contact us with your logo file(s).

Can I have text down the sleeves?

Yes you can! This option is available for XC Colours and general Riderwear using the 'Arm Text' option on the right of the page.

You can have full length text, forearm text or shoulder text using our full array of design options. You can also have different text on each arm by selecting the 'Different Text' option, and can leave one arm blank simply by deleting the text on that arm.

Can I have have a fully bespoke design?

We can make almost any design a reality! We've made zebra stripes, snake scales, polka dots, stripes, multi coloured items, even teddy bears! Plus we are happy to use custom logos, patterns and fonts. Simply contact us for a free mock-up design and quote.

Can I get any more information on a product?
