How do I choose the right size?

Full sizing information and advice is available by clicking on the 'size chart' link next to where it says 'Choose a Size'. There is also dedicated sizing page.

What happens if a product is not available in the required size/colour?

We recommend you contact us to see when the colour or size will be back in stock. Sometimes it is very soon!

Other times we may be able to complete a one-off item for your order, or suggest alternatives that suit your time-scale.

Can I have colours for my club/team/school?

CustomXC welcome group orders, and have a number of extra options for teams. We can use your logos, fonts and colours. We can also provide extra items and colours that are not on the site.

Can I get any more information on a product?

If you happen to require additional information on a product, please contact our customer services team. They'll be more than happy to answer any questions you may need answering.

How shall I care for my colours?

Care instructions will be included with your colours, but basically:

• Wash inside out at no higher than 40°C

• Iron inside-out on low heat

• Do not tumble dry

• Do not dry clean

All hat covers should be gently handwashed only.

Which platforms/browsers does CustomXC support?

CustomXC and all the design applications work on all browsers, devices and operating systems - mobile, tablet and desktop.

If you are having issues with any browser/device, try clearing your cookies and temporary internet files (cache), then make sure cookies for the CustomXC website are enabled. This tends to solve most problems.

How can I add my picture(s) to the gallery?

Thank you, we look forward to adding your colours to the gallery! You can either contact our friendly gallery team directly or follow the instructions on the gallery page itself.

Is there anywhere I can leave feedback?

We love to hear from our customers. If you would like to make any suggestions, add photos to our gallery or even pass on some praise feel free to contact us.
